Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.
Treatment becomes an awakening of the mind. Individuals heal, energize, and build awareness of themselves and their situations. We build on their inner strengths and become enlightened to patterns of the past to create successful way of life that is unique to each individual. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing treatment plans specifically geared to each client.
Support begins with a helping hand. Too often we get stuck trying to get by on our own. Whether we are holding onto mounting stress, weighed down by depression, or have yet to address our past. Healing begins when we have an open ear and an experienced guide. The counseling office can be a unique place where our burdens can be shed.

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. A sense of loss, generalized anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can be overwhelming if not addressed. Lets work together to discover a new way of living. I am trained in EMDR and can assist you in overcoming pain, fear and hopelessness.
OCD treatment needs to be specific.
